Case Study: Orro Contemporary Jewellery

Photo: Orro Designer Jewellery.Orro provides customers with jewellery from Europes leading designers. A website was commisioned that would be attractive to their target market, reflect the design aesthetic of the jewellery, and showcase the modernist interior of the shop itself.

A main aim of the site is to provide quick access to high quality images of the Jewellery. Images are organised into categories of precious, non-precious and watches. Orro staff can update jewellery prices, descriptions and images themselves. Orro is based in the Merchant City Glasgow.

A lot of time was spent getting the look of the website correct – the result was a minimalist, elegant design.

Get Connected and Lead website launched

Photo: Get Connected and :Lead. The Get Connected and Lead website has just gone live!

Get Connected and Lead is a new project aimed at bringing disabled people and service providers together to allow disabled people to have more influence on how services are delivered. At the heart of the project is a training course designed to give disabled people the skills and confidence required to make those interactions with services providers effective.

Jim Byrne and Associates designed the website and developed the virtual learning environment and provided a new logo and updated branding for the project.

Update: sadly this project is no longer operating due to funding issues.
